

Mindfulness Retreats
Spend a few hours or a day re-energising yourself through mindfulness and nature while engaging in creative activities. Benefit from connecting with others and spending time pausing for rejuvenation. Sessions include pauses to take in the sounds of nature, feeling the breeze on your skin and time to appreciate slowing down.

Retreats offer a day out to pause, reflect, re-energise and de-stress. Example activities include:

Flower arranging
Create floral arrangements from local green foliage and an array of colourful flowers using an inspiration from Ikebana,
the Japanese art of flower arranging.

Card making
Create unique designs for special or everyday occasions. Use a variety of colourful printed papers and other craft.
Use techniques such as Origami folding for beautiful decorative designs. Make your own designs with the resources
available or follow the instructions provided by Melissa and everyone makes the same special card together.

Fantasize about your future! Explore conscious and unconscious hopes and dreams. Use creativity to identify, clarify
